The Building Excellence Research & Education Grants program will now accept submissions once a year. The next intake period for grant submissions starts this fall 2016.
  
Now in its second year, the Grants Program supports and encourages externally generated projects and initiatives that improve the quality of residential construction and consumer protection for buyers of new homes in British Columbia. Eligible projects may receive up to $40,000 in funding.


Sharing information, fostering excellence and advancing best practices helps us deliver our ongoing mandate: strengthening consumer protection for home buyers and improving residential construction.

How to Apply

1.    Start by reading the Frequently Asked Questions and Answers.

2.    Look for the Step-By-Step Guide to Completing Your Grant Application and online Application Forms coming October 1, 2016.

3.    Submit your completed application no later than 4:00 pm on January 6, 2017.
